Accounts
APEX fits whether you run your own room estate in-house or run AV for client companies as an integrator. Both account types get the full operations platform and role-based access. We size the plan to your estate and team, so you won't find a public price grid here, you'll find a free workspace and a real conversation.
Account types
The difference is who you run AV for: your own organization, or your clients. Everything in an Enterprise account is in a Partner account too, the Partner side just adds the multi-client machinery integrators need.
Enterprise
For in-house AV and IT teams managing their own rooms, devices, and projects. Your AV department in one platform instead of eight tools.
Partner
For AV integrators and managed-service providers. Everything in an Enterprise account, plus a private, isolated workspace per client and the operational roles a delivery team actually has.

Access levels
Every account manages its own people. Roles are ranked, so a lower role never sees or manages a higher one, and each account is a self-contained system. APEX's own operators sit above all accounts to support you at the cloud layer, and cannot see inside your account without an explicit grant.
Enterprise roles
Administration (managing users) is limited to Owner and Admin; the rest are operational.
Partner roles
Administration is limited to Owner and Admin; the rest map to the AV delivery workflow.
What it's worth
APEX consolidates project management, device fleet monitoring, field dispatch, the partner portal, asset lifecycle, compliance evidence, the service catalog, and executive reporting. Teams typically replace several point tools and the spreadsheets between them, and stop paying the coordination tax of keeping eight systems in sync by hand.
The bigger line item is people: one senior AV engineer who walks out the door can cost six figures to replace. Keeping the institutional record in one system, instead of in someone's head, is where most of the savings actually live.

How plans work
APEX is sold to businesses, not off a shelf, so we don't publish a one-size price grid. Start with a free 30-day workspace, put your real projects, rooms, and partners in it, and see the platform with your own data. When you're ready, talk to us and we'll size a plan to your estate, your team, and how you work. Founding customers who join before launch get early-access terms.
