SHIPPED Live and in daily use: each customer's data fully separated, six access levels with secure login, the partner portal with its onsite-visit and counter-propose workflow, license tracking, the Cisco Control Hub connection, and a tamper-proof audit trail.
ROADMAP In progress: the Microsoft Teams Rooms connection, automatic checks that the field installed what was specified, signal-path validation, one-click closeout bundles, and email reminders ahead of every license renewal.
