That covers the portal itself, SSO (SAML / OIDC), branded custom-domain login, client-side BOM redaction, one-click closeout bundles, and the client audit-trail view. What ships today is the partner and subcontractor portal. Everything below is the plan.

  • Per-tenant SSO · coming soon - planned SAML 2.0 + OIDC, branded login, and custom domain (portal.acme-av.com).
  • Client-scoped roles · coming soon - APEX ships six-role RBAC today (owner, admin, project manager, field ops, auditor, viewer); client-facing visibility scopes are on the roadmap so an end customer sees only their project and never internal cost data.
  • Redacted BOM views · coming soon - the plan: line item + quantity visible to the client; partner pricing, internal margins, and alternate-source notes redacted automatically.
  • One-click closeout bundle · coming soon - as-builts, training videos, warranty terms, IT runbook, and the closeout sign-off PDF, packaged for the client.
  • Client audit-trail view · coming soon - planned so clients see status changes only on their own scope, with bookmarks and notifications that respect tenancy boundaries.
