15 October 2026: Connectors, eight platforms on one screen

Administration, Connectors now lists Cisco, Logitech, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Crestron, Mersive and ServiceNow with their logos. Cisco and Logitech connect today; the rest show Coming soon until they do. Credentials are entered, tested and saved per workspace, and a sync can be run on demand. See Connect your AV platforms.

14 October 2026: A new look

The wordmark, the mark, the accent colour and the share images changed across the app, the site and these docs.

5 September 2026: Deep diagnosis for a room

The room drawer gained a diagnosis panel that weighs the room's signals and lists the likely causes with what to check first.

10 August 2026: Notifications, license editing, gate approver roles

Notification preferences per person. Licenses can be created and edited in place. The role that approves a network access gate can be set per workspace.

3 August 2026: Partner staging and network access gates

Partners stage devices with bench details before install. The workspace approves a network access gate before anything joins the network. Partners see what they are blocked on.
