Get beta access to ApexAV
You want your own ApexAV workspace. Until the platform launches on August 6, 2026, access is through the beta program. You apply on the website and the ApexAV team reviews your application. Once you are approved, an invite email brings you in. Approved workspaces start on a free 30-day trial, with no sales call.
Who applies where
There are two ways into the beta, depending on the seat you are in:

Before you apply for beta access
- A work email address. The response to your application and your invite both arrive there.
- A rough picture of your AV operation. The form asks for your team size, and optionally the rooms and sites you manage and the AV platforms in your environment.
- What you want ApexAV to handle. The form asks what you would use it for, in your own words.
The beta application flow at a glance
Steps: from application to workspace
Go to apexavcloud.com/early-access, or click Apply for beta access at the top of any page on the site.
Pick the company path to open the application form.
Fill in your name, work email, and company, and pick your team size.
Optionally, add the rooms and sites you manage (for example "40 rooms across 3 buildings") and the AV platforms in your environment (for example Cisco or Logitech).
Describe what you would use ApexAV for, complete the captcha check, and click Submit application. The page confirms that your application is in.
Wait for the review. Beta access is gated so every workspace gets real attention, and the team will be in touch by email with next steps.
Once you are approved, open the email titled "Welcome to ApexAV - set up your account" and click the link to set your password. The link works once and expires in 7 days.
Sign in. On your first sign-in, review and accept the Terms of Service before you continue. You can read them any time at apexavcloud.com/terms.
Follow the short setup wizard: confirm your company details, add your first location, and invite a teammate if you want to. You can skip wizard steps and finish them later from Settings.

Troubleshooting beta access
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| "An account already exists for this email" when you submit | You already have an ApexAV account. Sign in at apexavcloud.com/login instead. |
| Your invite link has expired or was already used | Use Forgot password on the sign-in page with the email you applied with. Setting a new password gets you in the same way the invite link does. |
| No email after applying or after approval | Check your spam folder for "Welcome to ApexAV". If it is not there, reach the team in the site chat or through apexavcloud.com/support. |
