Each project has one document area. Upload a drawing, DSP config, provisioning sheet, or training file. It's listed with who uploaded it and when, ready to download or share with the client. Partner and equipment attachments land in the same feed, so nothing sits in a separate inbox.

What you get today

Every file for a project lives in one place the whole team can reach, instead of scattered across email and shared drives. Here's what's live now.

  • ·Drop a file on the project, give it a title, and it's stored and listed.
  • ·Each file shows who uploaded it, the original filename, size, and date.
  • ·Download any file, or share it with the client. Images preview inline.
  • ·One feed per project: direct uploads plus partner and equipment attachments, labeled by source.
  • ·Uploads and deletes are role-gated. Every logged-in teammate can view and download.

On the roadmap

Not built yet. Here's where document handling is headed.

  • ·Revision control: keep every version of a file, with the latest marked current and prior ones kept for audit.
  • ·Engineer sign-off gates so a revision is only client-visible once it's approved.
  • ·Per-file change log: who, when, what changed, why.
  • ·Closeout tags (drawing, dsp-config, network, training) and one-click closeout bundle export.
  • ·S3-compatible storage, so you can bring your own bucket for data-residency control.
